All my sauces are made with natural ingredients as much as possible. I only use unrefined sugars and keep them to a minimum. All the sauces are vegetarian and are all cooked to a very high standard. I do not use any recognised allergens and no artificial preservatives. This does mean that the product will need to be kept refrigerated. If kept correctly the sauces will last up to six months in the fridge.
